Happy 70th Birthday to Rick Shanahan, aka the Mayor of Guernsey Lake. His actual birthday is April 26, but you can wish him a happy one all year long!! He was on official business when he hung the Guernsey Lake signpost at Picnic Island in the FL Keys. We're on the map!
